Recent Reviews of The Algebra of Snow: “Moran describes the pain of loss in such a way that it is . . . preternatural in its fierceness.” Tuck Magazine

I have just had to sit on these reviews for a little while because I’m so humbled by the beauty of them. These are extremely good reviews, mind you, and I would feel a bit abashed about posting them ordinarily, but I’m going to send them on out there to the wide world because, in some sense, I feel like The Algebra of Snow is so much an homage to the people who have helped me along the way and especially to my beautiful, funny, loving mother. How I miss her, nearly 20 years after her departure. So these are for you, Fermine Waddill Colvin Moran, my original story-teller, playmate, and always my best cheerleader.
